By placing an order with Regulator and Torch Exchange, Inc., the person, persons, and/or company placing the order agrees to the following terms and conditions:

PAINTBALL FILL STATIONS - DISCLAIMER

Filling C.A. (Constant Air) tanks (paintball tanks) should only be performed by person trained in the proper procedures. CO2 and Nitrogen Fillstations should only be operated by an adult. Failure to follow proper procedures could result in under or over filling of the paintball tank, damage to the paintball tank and/or damage to the fillstation. Bodily harm, even fatal injury, can occur if procedures are not followed. C.A. tanks should only be filled outdoors or in well ventilated areas. Both CO2 and Nitrogen can cause suffocation of operator, or others if not used in a well ventilated area.

Compressed CO2 and compressed Nitrogen cylinders can be very dangerous in not handle properly. The CO2 and Nitrogen supplier's procedures for handling high pressure cylinders most be followed.

Regulator & Torch Exchange, Inc. assumes no liability for damage to paintball tanks and fillstations, or injury or body harm, if purchaser is not properly trained and/or fails to follow the proper procedures while using a paintball filling station manufactured by Regulator & Torch Exchange, Inc.

REPAIR PARTS - DISCLAIMER

Service or repair of industrial gas apparatus should be preformed only by a qualified technician. Improper service or repair, or modification of the equipment could result in damage to the equipment or injury to the operator. Failure to install replacement parts correctly may result in a product that will not perform satisfactorily. Even if parts are correctly installed, the product may fail to perform satisfactorily if other parts not being replaced are worn, corroded, or dirty. Improper repair can cause leaks, which could result in bodily injury and property damage. Because of the above, Regulator and Torch Exchange, Inc. can assume no responsibility or liability for performance of products repaired in the field, and not directly by Regulator and Torch Exchange, Inc. It must be clearly understood that the person or organization repairing the product assumes total responsibility and liability for performance of the product.

Regulator and Torch Exchange, Inc. makes no warranties either express or implied covering the performance of any product which has been repaired in the field. Regulator and Torch Exchange, Inc. specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for such products.

Using aftermarket parts may void any warranty by an original Manufacturer.

SHIPPING

All shipments will be made via FedEx. All parts orders shipping FedEx Ground will be shipped the next business day, with applicable shipping charges applied. 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipment orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day, with applicable shipping charges applied. 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipment orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day, with applicable shipping charges applied.

RETURN POLICY

Returned repair parts are 100% refundable with no additional fees applied. However, because of liability, only those repair parts that are in their original packaging and unopened will be accepted for return. Shipping charges will not be refunded and all costs incurred in shipping repair parts back to Regulator & Torch Exchange, Inc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All other products may be returned. All returns must have the original packaging and any instructions returned. Product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All costs incurred in shipping parts back to Regulator & Torch Exchange, Inc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Georgia.

REPAIR POLICY

Regulator & Torch Exchange, Inc. warranties repairs of Regulator and Torch for 180 days against defect in parts or workmanship. If a regulator or torch malfunctions within the 180 days, we will correct the problem and return the equipment free of charge. Please send the cutting tip being used if a torch does not work properly.
